The design and construction supervision
of this resort community was commissioned to the award
winning architect Gabriel Mikhail. This architectural
masterpiece brings the charm of Egypt’s traditional
styling while providing for all the amenities and comforts
expected by today’s homeowners.
While local wildlife motifs are utilized, the architecture applies many green features including the use of indigenous plants, passive temperature control measures and a sewer treatment plant to recycle water for irrigation.
