Egyptian Laws

• In the Red Sea Governarate, the Egyptian government has made provisions to allow foreigners to register Oproperties.
• In the event of the property owner’s death, the inheritance laws of the property owner’s country applies.
• The Contract registration fee is 3% of the total cost of the property (government tax).
• The taxes for Lawyer's Association is about 6 LE per 1000 on the total amount of the property
• Official papers and anything else for the contract registration
• Lawyer's expenses are required for the registration of the property
• A choice of lawyers are available to help you with the registration procedures.
