Recreating Tradition. The design and construction supervision of this resort community was commissioned to the award winning architect Gabriel Mikhail. This architectural masterpiece brings the charm of Egypt’s traditional styling while providing for all the amenities and comforts expected by today’s homeowners. (see design gallery)

The Resort offers 3 types of property (see studios and apartments). All units are clustered in only two stories around the swimming pool and gardens; landscaped utilizing some of the region’s unique desert flora. The services and the few shops are placed on the outside to give maximum privacy to the homes.
